The apartment is located in Kuřimi with excellent access to the city of Brno, it includes a covered parking space with the possibility of renting a second parking space. A cellar cubicle belongs to the apartment.

Above-standard materials are used in the apartment. The future tenant will also have access to beautiful custom-made furniture (according to the photos), which fits perfectly into the interior and offers maximum comfort. The apartment building was approved at the turn of 2021/2022.

The apartment offers 2 separate rooms (electric blinds in both rooms), a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, freezer, hot air and microwave oven, dishwasher, induction hob, built-in hood with exhaust) with a living area and access to the loggia, a bathroom with a shower a corner and a combined washing machine with a dryer of the highest class AEG, a spacious dressing room and a separate toilet. The monthly rent amounts to CZK 26,000 + monthly advance payments for services and energy amount to CZK 4,000.
